The terms that apply to orders, payments and recurring billing with JB Web Concepts.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services, orders and payments provided by JB Web Concepts ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the client"). By placing an order, making a payment, or authorising a subscription on this website, you agree to these Terms.
We provide web design and development, domain registration, web and email hosting, digital marketing and SEO, and branding and promotional merchandise. Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices; a final quote is confirmed in writing before work begins or goods are ordered.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Website builds and branding orders require a deposit (typically 50%) before work or production begins. Branding and merchandise pricing depends on quantity, product choice and branding method, and is confirmed on quote.
Card and Instant EFT payments are processed securely by PayFast, a registered South African payment gateway. Your card details are entered on PayFast's secure, PCI-DSS compliant pages and are never seen by or stored on this website. We accept credit and debit cards, Instant EFT, and manual EFT / bank transfer. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
Hosting and domain services are billed on a recurring subscription basis. By choosing a monthly or annual plan and completing checkout, you authorise JB Web Concepts (via PayFast) to automatically charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date — monthly or annually as selected — until you cancel. The recurring amount and frequency are shown to you before you confirm. Annual plans are billed once per year; monthly plans on the same date each month.
A tax invoice is generated and emailed to you automatically for each payment and each recurring renewal. Invoices reflect the line items, quantities and amounts for the period billed.
Domains are registered in the client's name and renew annually. Hosting renews on your chosen monthly or annual cycle. It is your responsibility to keep your payment method valid. If a domain or hosting renewal is not paid, the service may lapse; domains that expire may be released and are not guaranteed to be recoverable.
Deposits on design and branding work are non-refundable once work or production has started. Hosting and domain fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable. Custom-branded merchandise cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, except for genuine manufacturing defects.
Production timelines are confirmed per order and typically run 1–3 weeks after artwork approval. You are responsible for approving artwork before production; we are not liable for errors in approved artwork. Slight variations in colour and finish inherent to the printing/branding process are normal.
You confirm that any content, logos and artwork you supply are yours to use or appropriately licensed, and do not infringe any third party's rights. You indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide.
We take reasonable care to deliver reliable services, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free hosting. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the preceding month.
We process your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), only to provide and administer your services, invoicing and support. We do not sell your information. Payment card data is handled solely by PayFast.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
